Download the zip above and unzip it. You'll get a folder named
com.unstuntedsfx.panel. -

Move the folder to your CEP extensions directory:
Mac:~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CEP/extensions/
Windows:C:\Users\[you]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CEP\extensions\ -

Enable unsigned extensions — open Terminal (Mac) or CMD (Windows) and run:
Mac:defaults write com.adobe.CSXS.11 PlayerDebugMode 1
Windows: add registry keyHKCU\Software\Adobe\CSXS.11 → PlayerDebugMode = 1 -

Restart Premiere Pro, then open Window → Extensions → UnstuntedSFX.
